I research Kubernetes resource efficiency and latency, and automate recurring development and QA work.
At Reco, I chose a PO/QA role to understand product development from planning through release verification.
I built E2E automation and a RAG platform to address problems I encountered, and now also operate internal infrastructure.

In research, I evaluate performance alongside resource use; in practice, I track QA time alongside quality.
My strength is analyzing a problem and proactively improving it to raise work efficiency.

I built a RAG platform to reduce repeated searching and cross-checking across Jira, Confluence, and Git. It supports the manual test-case design and verification still needed after E2E automation, and extends into development assistance and early policy-gap reviews in Jira.

Connecting QA records through Google Sheets and Jira still left basic checks to people. I designed and built E2E infrastructure from zero to address that limit and connected Admin–Driver workflows. I then built isolated k3s environments to verify basic functionality in PRs before deployment to the test server.
